Waldheim Songs and other stories - QVocal

Thanks to Van Diemen's Band for capturing this snippet of "Songs Without Words" (Quin Thomson, lyrics by Launceston poet Rosie Schriever) at our recent concert as part of the Hobart Town Hall Lunchbox Concert series!

Quin Thomson (Voice) and David Malone (Classical Guitar) are proud to present a program of high Romantic repertoire for Classical Guitar and voice by Brahms, Villa-Lobos and Sor, paired with two bespoke song cycles by Tasmanian composers: Waldheim Songs by internationally commissioned composer Maria Grenfell, and Un/Breaking by the duo’s own Quin Thomson.
